NABEP fosters a Christ-centered organization that promotes professional development among all member institutions.
We are firm believers in iron sharpening iron. That’s why the National Association of Baptist Professionals (NABEP) was established nearly two decades ago to support, encourage, and fellowship with one another as we all pursue our calling in the field of Christian higher education.
Senior officers are given the opportunity to encourage, share ideas, and help problem solve; while Admissions Counselors are provided fundamental training sessions each summer before travel season and establish friendships with other counselors before travel season begins.
If you are a fellow enrollment professional working at a Baptist institution, we invite you to join NABEP! We have a distinct calling in the field of higher education that not only impacts this life, but also the one to come.

Events
NABEP hosts two meetings each year. A Deans & Directors meeting in February where top level enrollment staff convene to discuss trends in the field, help one another problem solve, and provide a network of support to one another. In July, NABEP’s Summer Conference is hosted by a member institution. All enrollment staff members are invited to attend this conference that features educational and training sessions for new and seasoned enrollment officers; keynote speakers; worship and devotion; networking opportunities; vendor presentations; and a host city event.
